KIA is a general contractor specialized in Wet Works - Tiling, Plastering, Brickworks. We also provide services for works such as Addition & Alteration, Reinstatement, Partition, Ceiling, Painting and External Works.
Since incorporation in 1999, KIA has successively undertaken major projects from Japanese Companies, notably Takenaka Corporation, Sato Kogyo (S) Pte Ltd, and Shimizu Corporation. We are proud to have consistently delivered high quality works to achieve long term work relationship with these companies.
On a smaller scale, KIA has also undertaken projects such as design of new homes and offices, as well as reinstatement and upgrading of existing ones.
